UCLU Jazz Vocals

I used to sing in Jazz Vocals as a student, I never realised when i moved to university to study english how much I would miss music. every Tuesday i would come up to UCL and sing jazz. The choir leader was Sara Mitra, the most astounding, passionate musician you would ever meet!

Years later the choir fell on some harder times, a different leader, a smaller group. And I found myself pulled to jump in!

I’ve been leading Jazz Vocals ever since and they’re forever providing me with new challenges and possibilities. What we achieve with a group of unauditioned, non-music students is nothing shy of spectacular!
